实话说，一直对海尔这个品牌印象不好，原因是大学毕业后，一做海尔客户服务的同学在工作不到一年就递交辞呈，而且在这期间更是听到她不断的诉苦和抱怨。不过，大连本地的居民对于海尔这个品牌印象却不错，尤其是中年人，冰箱、空调、洗衣机、热水器这些小家电，海尔都是首选，或许海尔的质量真的不错吧。不过海尔在售后服务的任务交接上却不能够得到好的分数，也难怪当初那位同学要放弃还算优厚的待遇而“逃之夭夭”呢。

由于单位装修，连续休息已经有半个多月的时间，在春节就应该清洗的油烟机终于被正式的提上日程，选了一个风和日丽的日子，给海尔的统一服务热线4006999999打电话，询问清洗油烟机事宜。

在两次反复确认之后得知需要清理的机器属于欧式的，在告知详细的家庭住址之后，接线小姐说稍后会有清洗师傅打电话确认服务时间。

事情发展到这，对于海尔的售后服务来说，都能够称得上是满分，尽管在这期间接线小姐将机型的中式和欧式型号弄混（这涉及到清洗的价钱），但是在挂线之后就及时的回电更正了自己的失误，还是值得赞赏的。不过，同清洗师傅的对话尽管也是“风平浪静”，但是却总觉得有些不对劲。

昨天中午和朋友吃饭，谈到上下班的公交车连挤都挤不上去时，朋友不禁有些愤恨。大连市一个个大项目的引进固然是市长为城市长远发展和建设所做出的丰功伟绩，但是对于那些民生问题，那些各个部门之间的协调问题，那些百姓多年没有解决的问题，却没有着力解决。中国共产党坚持的科学理念“国以民为本，党以民为基”，这一理论对于一个向着国际性都市努力发展的城市来说应该也是适用吧，“市民满意奖”这个口碑还会延续多久呢。

朋友说，他曾经数次尝试通过市长信箱给夏德仁写信，但是却全部石沉大海。虽然不要求像科技部那样尽职尽责每信必复，但是至少也应该设立一个回复版或者市民互动板块，及时的通报相关事件的处理情况吧，而不是待几个月之后在明确了了无音讯之后，再重新将事情交给新闻媒体帮助呼吁吧，费时费力费资源，放着一个市长信箱供在那给谁看呢。
